Standard Cancellation (Not an Act of God)

All ticket purchases for group classes, workshops, and special events are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled class or event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class or event are non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Act of God / Force Majeure

We understand that unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control may arise, including acts of God, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, the organizers reserve the right to cancel a class or event in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Any cancellation decision will be communicated promptly via email, website updates, and social media.

If a class or event is canceled due to an act of God or force majeure, no refunds will be issued, as significant non-recoverable costs are incurred in organizing the event.
